Automatically improve business-critical KPIs.
Scout learns from every conversation and improves the KPI you define, on autopilot.
Stop telling agents what to say. Tell Scout what to improve.
Generate Revenue
Upsells, conversions, renewals, and win-backs — money from conversations that used to deflect.
Prevent Revenue Loss
Failed payments, at-risk accounts, dead leads, and lapsed customers — recovered automatically.
Improve Customer Experience
Improve cost per contact, resolution, TTV, FCR, CSAT, and containment — without losing quality.

Scout is your own forward-deployed-engineer on autopilot.

Get the why
Scout reads the conversations behind the number and clusters them. It names which group is the lever, and how far to trust the split.

Approve before anything ships
Scout names the step producing the problem and proposes the change. Nothing goes live until you say so.

CSAT dropped again yesterday and containment looks fine. Not sure what to make of it.
2 repliesCFChris FisherJul 27th at 7:08 AM@Scout pull contained and CSAT for yesterday. Can you also explain the theme around the ratings of 1?
✅ 1
ScoutAPPJul 27th at 7:09 AMHere is yesterday, closed out.
- Containment 82.6%, 5,120 chats, 890 escalated
- CSAT positive 63.1%, 540 rated, 341 positive
Containment held in the 80s. CSAT is the one to look at: your target is 80%, so yesterday came in well under it. There are 118 one star ratings and 112 of them have summaries, so I can tell you why rather than guess. Want me to go through them?

go ahead
✅ 1Scout is reading 112 ticket summaries
ScoutAPPJul 27th at 7:13 AMI read all 112 summaries and clustered them. Ticket status accounts for most of it: 56 of the 118 were closed as resolved and 44 were abandoned mid conversation. The last group only shows up in the summaries.
- 56 closed as resolved, customer still needed a person
- 44 customer left mid conversation
- 18 answered a different question than the one asked
The first group is the lever. Those close as successes and still land one star, so containment looks healthy while CSAT drops. Six have no summary, so treat the bucket split as close but not exact.

can we fix the first group?
ScoutAPPJul 27th at 7:16 AMYes. The billing refund flow closes the ticket once it has issued a refund, even when the customer has already asked for a person. That is the step producing those 56.
Here is what I would change:
- Hand off to a person when the customer asks, instead of closing as resolved
- Stop counting a handoff as contained, so the rate stops flattering itself
Those 56 are about 10 CSAT pointson yesterday's rated volume, and it is one flow, so the change is small. I would not bank on the exact number until it has run.
I can build it and test it against the current agent, and hold it for your approval before anything goes live. Want me to start?
